Health in Faith

FOR CHRISTIAN WOMEN WHO STILL BATTLE CRAVINGS, FOOD NOISE OR EVENING EATING

Finally... Understand Why Your Appetite Keeps Overruling Your Healthy Intentions — And Learn How to Respond Differently

Learn to recognise when your body needs better nourishment, when an old food response needs retraining, and when the hunger pulling you towards food needs something deeper — so you can step out of the daily battle and eat with greater wisdom, peace and faith.

You probably already know a lot about healthy eating.

You know protein matters. You know which foods leave you feeling good and which don't. You know that eating a decent breakfast is probably a better idea than running on coffee until lunchtime.

And yet knowing what to eat doesn't always determine what you actually eat.

Because then real life happens.

It's 4pm and you're suddenly hunting for something sweet. You've eaten dinner, you're physically full... but there's still that pull towards something else. You've had a stressful day and food feels like the quickest route to comfort, reward or simply a moment that's yours.

Or perhaps you've been trying so hard to “be good” that your body is genuinely hungry — and you're blaming yourself for an appetite that actually needs feeding.

This is where Appetite Redeemed™ begins.

Not with another set of food rules. And not by asking you to become better at ignoring hunger.

But by helping you understand what is actually driving the desire to eat in that moment — and how to respond wisely.

Because sometimes your body needs better nourishment. Sometimes a familiar response needs changing. And sometimes the thing you're hungry for goes deeper than food.

Learning to tell the difference can change the whole conversation you have with yourself around eating.

Appetite Redeemed™ is my new live, faith-centred programme for Christian women who want to work with their appetite rather than continually feeling overruled by it — supporting better health, a healthier weight and a more peaceful relationship with food.

So instead of spending even more of your life thinking about what you should or shouldn't eat...you can begin putting food back in its proper place — and have more of yourself available for the life God has given you to live.

First live training begins week commencing September 7, 2026.

You Don't Need to Be Out of Control With Food For It to Be Taking Too Much From You

You don't have to be bingeing, hiding wrappers or feeling completely out of control around food to know something isn't quite where you'd like it to be.

In fact, perhaps you eat pretty well. Maybe nobody looking at your diet would think there was much wrong with it.

But you know how much headspace food still takes.

The little negotiations with yourself. The cravings. The evening picking. The “just one more.” The frustration when your body doesn't seem to reflect how hard you're trying.

Perhaps your healthy intentions are solid at breakfast, still looking good at lunchtime... and considerably less convincing once you're tired, stressed, disappointed or finally have five minutes to yourself.

And perhaps the most frustrating part is that you know better.

You're an intelligent woman. You've probably spent years learning about health and nutrition, trying different approaches and working out what suits your body.

Maybe food isn't ruining your life.

But it's taking enough from your life that you'd like something to change.

You don't have to wait until your relationship with food becomes dramatic before deciding you want it to become easier, quieter and more peaceful.

Your Appetite May Be Affecting Far More Than Your Cravings

Maybe you're thinking: “But Laura, I don't have an appetite problem...”

You have a weight issue. An energy issue. Cravings you'd like to get under control. A waistline that isn't responding as you'd like. Or health goals you're working hard to support.

Of course health is complex, and Appetite Redeemed isn't a treatment for medical conditions. But there is one foundational part of your health you interact with several times every single day:

How you nourish your body and respond to appetite.

How satisfying are your meals? Are you arriving at 4pm genuinely undernourished and suddenly desperate for something sweet?

  • What happens when you're tired

  • What happens when you're stressed?

  • What happens when food is appealing even though physical hunger isn't there?

And importantly, what happens after you've overeaten once?

Your appetite influences the choices you make around food. Those repeated choices become patterns, and those patterns matter when you're trying to support your weight, energy and wider health.

So yes, what you eat matters enormously.

But so does understanding what's driving you to eat it.

You Want the Slimmer Waistline. You Just Don't Want Food Taking Over Your Life to Get It.

Let's say the quiet bit out loud...

Many of us would like to lose some weight.

We want our jeans to fit comfortably. We'd like to feel attractive (yes — we're allowed to admit that, as Christian women!) We want better energy. We'd like to look at a photograph without immediately finding the angle we dislike.

There is nothing wrong with wanting those things.

I just don't want getting healthier or slimmer to require you to spend even MORE of your life thinking about food.

Because a smaller body isn't the only thing you want.

You want energy to be present with your family. Confidence to show up fully in your work and calling. To feel feminine and attractive. To enjoy dinner without mentally calculating how you'll compensate for it tomorrow.

You want to trust yourself around food.

You want your mind available for something more interesting than what you ate, what you shouldn't have eaten and what you're going to eat next.

You don't just want a different body.

You want a fuller, peaceful life.

And food taking up less physical, mental and emotional space gives you more room for it.

MY OWN STRUGGLES...

I Had 25 Years of Nutrition Knowledge. And I Still Couldn't “Know” My Way Out of This.

I understand the frustration of knowing an enormous amount about health... and still not having every part of your own eating figured out.

For more than 25 years, I've studied nutrition and metabolic health. I've coached more than 1,000 people one-to-one and thousands more through my programmes. I'm a Master Certified Nutritionist & Health Coach, former NHS Medical Research Manager and two-time bestselling author.

I've also lived through my own significant health transformation.

I went from being an overweight smoker to becoming a vegan marathon runner who looked incredibly healthy on paper but became increasingly depleted. Eventually, I left veganism, completely changed the way I nourished myself and became much healthier.

But there was another layer I hadn't really dealt with:

My appetite.

I knew a LOT about food.

I knew what I “should” eat. I understood many of my patterns. I could see that food sometimes became comfort, procrastination, stimulation and even sedation for me.

And because I knew so much intellectually, part of me stubbornly thought:

“I know this. I should be able to sort it out.”

For around eight years, I kept looking for more insight without giving practice and repetition the same attention.

I was expecting head knowledge to undo responses I'd spent years practicing.

Eventually, I stopped only asking:

“What do I know?”

And began paying much more attention to:

“What am I repeatedly practising?”

I committed myself to 60 days of intentional practice.

I noticed the impulse. I became curious instead of immediately condemning myself. I investigated what was actually happening, checked what I genuinely needed and deliberately practised another response.

Again and again.

For me, it was a 1000% game changer.

Not because I'd finally discovered another nutrition fact.

Because I finally practiced what I knew.

The Breakthrough is Learning Which Appetite You're Actually Dealing With

Most approaches to eating concentrate heavily on the food.

Eat this. Don't eat that. Reduce this. Replace that.

Some of those changes are genuinely useful. Nutrition matters.

But there's another question that often receives far less attention:

Why am I reaching for the food in the first place?

Sometimes your body is genuinely asking for nourishment.

Sometimes you're following a response you've practised so often that it's become familiar.

And sometimes you're using food to soothe a need that requires a very different response.

Treat all three as a willpower problem and you can spend years fighting yourself.

Because not every urge to eat requires the same answer.

  • Some hunger needs FEEDING.

  • Some responses need RETRAINING.

  • Some deeper hunger needs TRULY SATISFYING.

Freedom begins with learning to discern the difference.

And that's the foundation of The Redeemed Appetite Pathway™

  • BODY → RESPONSE → HEART

  • NOURISH → RETRAIN → RESTORE

Our Simple 3-Phase Approach...

01. NOURISH

Feed What Needs Feeding

That 3pm Craving May Be A Nourishment Problem, Not a Willpower Problem

One of the easiest mistakes to make when trying to control appetite is assuming less food is always the answer.

Sometimes it isn't. Sometimes your body is genuinely asking to be better nourished.

Perhaps you've rushed through the day, relied heavily on coffee or eaten meals that looked perfectly “healthy” but simply weren't satisfying enough. Then 4pm or 8pm arrives, your appetite gets loud and you interpret it as a failure of self-control.

Inside NOURISH, we'll work on Deep Satiety — learning to build meals that actually do their job so you're not white-knuckling your way from one eating occasion to another.

We'll work practically with tools including AAP30 Foods™, The Satiety Plate™, Five Hunger Languages™ application and Craving Correction, helping you recognise genuine body hunger and nourish it wisely.

Because sometimes the answer to appetite isn't greater restraint.

Sometimes you need lunch.

02. RETRAIN

Change What Needs Retraining

Knowing Why You Reach For Food Doesn't Automatically Stop You Reaching For It

The New Path Practice™

Imagine walking the same route through a garden hundreds of times.

Eventually a path appears. You don't consciously decide where to put your feet each time. You simply walk it because the route has become familiar.

We create familiar paths around food too.

  • Stress → sweet food → relief

  • Tiredness → snack → stimulation

  • Disappointment → food → comfort

  • Feeling unseen → something that's “just for me”

You probably didn't sit down and decide to create those responses. You simply walked the route enough times for it to become familiar.

That's why understanding a pattern doesn't always immediately change it.

Recognition isn't resolution.

Inside RETRAIN, we'll use The New Path Practice™ to help you notice familiar food-response routes, investigate what's happening and intentionally practise another response in the situations where the old one normally takes over.

Not perfectly. Not once. But repeatedly, in your real life. And don't worry — it takes only a few minutes each day and is super-simple.

A new path becomes more familiar by walking it.

03. RESTORE

Meet What Truly Needs Satisfying

What to Do When You're Full But Still Want to Eat — and Physical Hunger Isn't Driving the Craving

Food can be nourishment, pleasure, celebration, connection and hospitality. It's a gift from God.

But there are times when the body doesn't actually need more food.

Perhaps you're exhausted and need rest. Lonely and need connection. Overwhelmed and need support...

Resentful and need a boundary. Bored and need stimulation. Disappointed and need space to acknowledge it...

Or spiritually dry and craving something no trip to the kitchen can provide.

Food may offer temporary relief, but the original hunger can still be waiting underneath.

Inside RESTORE, we'll work with Heart Hunger, Spiritual Appetite Reset™, Redeemed Rhythms™, Evening Craving Shutdown Plan™ and Graceful Comeback Plan™, helping you become increasingly able to ask:

"What am I actually longing for?"

"What am I trying to get from food right now?"

and "What would genuinely restore me?

This isn't about making food joyless. Far from it.

It's about allowing food to be food — rather than asking it to answer every hunger.

A Craving Isn't Proof That You're Failing at Self-Control — Physically or Spiritually

Sometimes the wise response is prayer. Sometimes it's rest, connection or a boundary.

And sometimes you simply need lunch.

Appetite Redeemed is unapologetically faith-centred.

But that doesn't mean ignoring the body God gave you. Nor does it mean reducing every struggle around food to “try harder,” “have more self-control” or “pray instead."

We're learning to discern wisely and ask better questions:

  • What does my body need?

  • What response have I repeatedly practised?

  • What is my heart actually hungry for?

Sometimes wisdom means making yourself a more nourishing meal. Sometimes it means noticing the old path and choosing another response. Sometimes it means recognising that the thing you're looking for isn't in the fridge.

Faith becomes the context in which we learn to steward appetite — not another reason to condemn ourselves for having one.

You Don't Need to Become a Perfect Eater — You Need to Become The Wise Eater

The Wise Eater isn't the woman who never wants chocolate.

She doesn't eat perfectly. She doesn't always get the answer right. And she doesn't need rigid external rules controlling every mouthful.

She's learning to pause long enough to discern what's happening.

She increasingly recognises when her body needs feeding, when a familiar response needs retraining and when her heart needs something different.

And when she gets it wrong?

  • She learns.

  • She returns.

  • She continues.

  • She isn't controlled by appetite. She's learning to steward it.

And that creates something far more valuable than another perfect eating plan:

PEACE. TRUST. FREEDOM.

Becoming The Wise Eater in Appetite Redeemed™

One Difficult Evening Doesn't Have to Become Another Monday-Morning Reset

Let's be real: There will still be difficult days.

Dinners out. Holidays. Stressful weeks. Celebrations. Hormones. Disappointment. Exhaustion.

There may be evenings when you know exactly what's happening...

and eat the thing anyway.

Here's the beauty of this: Appetite Redeemed doesn't depend on perfect execution.

Instead, we're working on moving away from:

Slip → Shame → Punish → Restrict → Crave → Repeat

And towards: Notice → Learn → Nourish → Return

One walk down the old path doesn't erase the new one.

You don't need to become perfect at this. You need to become practised at returning.

Appetite Redeemed™ Helps You Turn What You Know Into What You Actually Do

WHERE KNOWING BECOMES PRACTICING — AND PRACTICING BEGINS TO BECOME HOW YOU LIVE.

Appetite Redeemed isn't another information-heavy nutrition course to buy, watch and forget.

It's a live, guided implementation experience designed to help you work with appetite in the situations where it actually matters.

At breakfast. At 4pm. After dinner...

When you're tired. When you're stressed. When the cupboard is calling...

When you notice the familiar route beginning.

Because the aim isn't to make food your next big project.

It's to help food require less of your attention, energy and headspace.

Bonus #1

“Bring Your Food Packets” Workshop

STOP GUESSING WHETHER THE FOODS IN YOUR TROLLEY ARE ACTUALLY HELPING YOUR APPETITE

“High protein.” “No added sugar.” “Natural.” “Low fat.” “Gut friendly.” “Healthy.”

Food packaging is very good at telling you what it wants you to notice. But the claims on the front don't always tell you whether that cereal, yoghurt, protein bar, bread or snack is actually going to nourish you, satisfy you and support the way you want to eat.

So bring the foods you genuinely buy and eat to this practical live workshop, and we'll investigate them together.

I'll show you how I assess a food packet as a nutritionist — looking beyond the marketing and helping you understand what matters for appetite, nourishment and satiety.

You'll learn how to spot a product that sounds impressive but may leave you hunting for something else an hour later... and how to identify simple swaps or additions that could make it work much better for you.

So instead of standing in the supermarket trying to decipher competing health claims, you'll know what to look for.

Bring your cereal. Your yoghurt. Your protein bar. Your favourite snack. Even bring the packet you're convinced is healthy and ask me:
“Laura, would you actually buy this?”
We'll find out together.

You'll leave knowing how to read beyond the front of the packet, make smarter choices in the supermarket and build a kitchen that makes satisfying eating easier.

Bonus #2

Natural GLP-1 Meal Plan

BEFORE YOU OUTSOURCE YOUR APPETITE TO A MEDICATION, LEARN HOW TO WORK WITH THE SATIETY SYSTEM YOU ALREADY HAVE.

The Natural GLP-1 Meal Plan isn't pretending food is Ozempic — it isn't.

It's about using what we know about protein, fibre, food volume and satisfying meal structure to build meals that support your body's own satiety signals and help you feel properly fed.

Because before asking “How do I suppress my appetite?”, I want you asking a different question:

“Am I actually nourishing my body well enough to satisfy it?”

You can eat a meal that looks perfectly healthy on paper... and still find yourself prowling the kitchen later wondering why you're hungry again.

The Natural GLP-1 Meal Plan gives you practical meal ideas built around the principles we explore inside NOURISH. Protein-rich, fibre-filled, nutrient-dense meal ideas built around foods and meal structures that support natural satiety and a steadier appetite.

Bonus #3

Sugar Detox in Faith Plan

7 SIMPLE STEPS TO REDUCE SUGAR AND QUIT SUGAR ADDICTION FOR GOOD

Break the sugar cycle — without another white-knuckle attempt to “just stop eating it”.

You know how it goes... You decide you're cutting back on sugar. You're good for a few days. Maybe even a few weeks. Then you're tired, stressed, hungry or faced with the thing you love... and suddenly you're back in it.

The Sugar Detox in Faith Plan gives you 7 simple, practical steps to help reduce sugar, calm the constant pull towards something sweet and build a way of eating you can actually sustain.

The goal isn't to spend the rest of your life trying not to eat sugar. It's to reach the point where sugar has far less power to make the decision for you.

Seven simple steps. A practical plan you can follow.

And because this is Sugar Detox in Faith, we'll also bring God into the process — not through guilt or turning a biscuit into a spiritual failure, but through greater awareness, wisdom, grace and intentional choice.

“Ugly Breakfasts for a Beautiful Body”

A FLY-ON-THE-WALL LOOK AT 21 SUBSTANTIAL BREAKFASTS I ACTUALLY EAT.

21 real breakfasts from my kitchen — because your breakfast doesn't need to be Instagram-worthy to do its job.

No beautifully styled smoothie bowls. No strategically scattered blueberries. And definitely no parsley garnish.

Ugly Breakfasts for a Beautiful Body gives you a fly-on-the-wall look at 21 breakfasts I actually eat that are deeply satisfying — real portions, real ingredients and very real presentation.

These are the kinds of breakfasts I ate during a seven-week period in which I lost 7 lb, while also experiencing improvements in my cravings, energy, digestion, skin and hair.

The point isn't to copy my breakfasts perfectly. It's to help you see Deep Satiety in action — how I combine protein, fibre and satisfying whole foods to build a breakfast that actually keeps me going.

You can take those principles and make them work in your own kitchen, with foods you actually enjoy.

Because sometimes you don't need another nutrition lesson. You need to see what “eat enough to be satisfied” actually looks like on a plate.

21 real breakfasts. Plenty of practical inspiration. Absolutely no food-styling skills required.

Meet Laura Hargrave

NUTRITION EXPERTISE. LIVED EXPERIENCE. FAITH AT THE CENTRE.

I'm Laura, a Master Certified Nutritionist & Health Coach, former NHS Medical Research Manager, two-time Bestselling Author and host of the Health in Faith Podcast.

For more than 25 years, I've studied nutrition and metabolic health, coaching over 1,000 people one-to-one and thousands more through my programmes.

But Appetite Redeemed™ isn't built on qualifications alone.

I've lived the frustrating gap between knowing an enormous amount about health and still finding myself pulled towards food in ways I didn't want. It's why my work now goes beyond simply teaching women what to eat.

I help Christian women understand their bodies, become wiser about their appetite and put what they know into practice — so they can steward their health well, experience greater freedom around food and have more energy for the life and purpose God has given them.

And if you're reading this thinking, “Laura, this is exactly where I am,” I'd genuinely be honoured to support you.

I believe this work is part of what God has called me to do — helping Christian women care for their bodies with wisdom, find greater freedom around food, and become healthier and stronger for the life He has placed before them.

For me, this is more than health coaching. It’s one of the ways I get to serve the Lord and contribute to a healthier, stronger Body of Christ. And it would be a privilege to walk alongside you in that.

I feel better and slimmer at almost 47 than I did at 27!

You Don't Need a Dramatic Food Problem. You Just Need to Be Ready for Food to Take Up Less Space.

Appetite Redeemed is for you if you generally know how to eat healthily, but struggle to do it as consistently as you'd like. Your eating is pretty good overall, but evenings can be a different story.

Or, if you're honest, you're not entirely sure what healthy eating looks like — with all the conflicting advice out there.

Cravings, food noise or picking are taking more headspace than you want to give them.

You want to support your weight, waistline, energy or wider health through better nourishment and eating patterns.

You're tired of swinging between trying harder and starting again.

You want your faith integrated into this work without turning every food struggle into a moral or spiritual failure.

And ultimately, you want food to become a smaller part of a much fuller life.

It doesn't have to be ruining your life to be taking too much from it — let's change that.

You've Already Invested Years in Knowing What to Do. Now Invest in Actually Living it.

I'm not going to tell you that a PDF is “worth $497” and manufacture an enormous crossed-out number to make this offer look valuable.

I'd rather ask you something more meaningful:

How long have you already been having this conversation with yourself? And how much is it worth to you to finally have more peace, trust and freedom with food — and life?

How much time has gone into trying harder, starting again, thinking about food, negotiating with cravings and wondering why you aren't consistently doing what you know?

Inside Appetite Redeemed™, you're getting a structured opportunity to do something different — and to me it's been priceless.

If I had to put a concrete monetary value on how much this uniquely effective programme is worth, I'd say at least $1,997. I've certainly paid that for only a small piece of what you get here.

You'll pay much less — I want to make this accessible to as many Christian women as possible, to see them set free from years of food and weight struggles.

But, that said, this is the special launch price and won't stay this low for too long.

Take advantage of this excellent price now, while it's still available.

STILL WONDERING WHETHER APPETITE REDEEMED IS RIGHT FOR YOU?

FAQs

Is this another diet?

No. We absolutely talk about food because nourishment matters. Protein matters. Satiety matters. The way you build your meals matters. But Appetite Redeemed isn't another list of foods you're allowed and forbidden to eat. Sometimes the wise response to appetite is to eat. Sometimes it isn't. The skill we're developing is learning to recognise the difference.

Surely I should be able to do this myself?

I understand that thought particularly well because I had it too. You may be intelligent, capable, spiritually mature and know an enormous amount about health.

None of those things automatically changes what happens at 9pm when you're exhausted, disappointed or overwhelmed. Support doesn't remove your responsibility. It gives you somewhere to practice it.

Is this a weight-loss programme?

Appetite Redeemed isn't primarily a weight-loss promise, but I'm also not going to pretend weight doesn't matter to many women. You may want to lose weight, reduce your waistline, feel better in your clothes or improve your energy.

Those are valid desires. We're simply going deeper than asking: “How can I make myself eat less?” We're working with nourishment, appetite, repeated responses and the role food currently occupies in your life. And when that is in place, weight loss very often becomes a much more effortless by-product. I've lost 7lbs recently eating this way, and I was slim before. All my 1-1 clients who I've coached on these principles have lost weight, with no exception.

I’ve already done Eating to the Glory™. Haven’t I learned this?

Eating to the Glory™ gave you the REVEAL → DISCERN → REDEEM introduction. Appetite Redeemed™ is where we go much further into implementation.

You’ve begun understanding your appetite and your Five Hunger Languages™. Now we take that insight into NOURISH → RETRAIN → RESTORE and practise what responding differently actually looks like in your life. You'll go deeper into nourishment and Deep Satiety, work with the familiar responses that keep pulling you back onto the same path, explore deeper hunger, and have practical tools and ongoing support to help you apply it. So if ETTG left you thinking, “This explains so much...” Appetite Redeemed is your opportunity to turn that recognition into practice.

When are the live calls?

All four live classes will take place on Zoom, with timings chosen to accommodate women joining us across the UK, Europe, USA and Canada as far as possible. You'll receive the full schedule and Zoom details after you sign up, so you'll know exactly when and where to join us. And if a particular time doesn't work for you, you won't miss the programme. Every class will be recorded and added to your members area, where you'll have ongoing access to watch — or rewatch — in your own time.

So wherever you're joining us from, you can make Appetite Redeemed work around your life.

What if I can't make every class live?

That's fine. You'll receive recordings and ongoing access inside the members area so you can work through the material around your life.

I’m already busy. How much time will Appetite Redeemed take?

This is designed to fit into real life, not become another project you have to manage.

There are four live classes, with recordings available if you can’t attend live. Between sessions, the emphasis is on small amounts of practice in the life you’re already living — at meals, in the supermarket, when a craving appears or when you notice an old response kicking in. You don’t need to spend hours every day studying appetite. The real work happens while you’re living, eating and making the choices you already make.

How quickly will I see a difference?

I'm not going to promise that every craving disappears within a certain number of days or that you'll lose a specific amount of weight. My own breakthrough included a deliberate 60-day period of intentional practice that was a 1000% game changer for me. Appetite Redeemed gives you the teaching, tools, structure and support. You bring your willingness to practice, with a few minutes each day, and you'll get the results.

$297 is still an investment. How do I know it’s worth it?

Only you can decide whether this is the right investment for you. But I’d encourage you to consider what you're actually investing in.

Not four Zoom calls. You're investing in learning skills you can continue using every time you eat, experience a craving, find yourself standing in front of the cupboard or notice an old pattern beginning again. You'll have the complete programme, practical resources and ongoing access to revisit what you've learned. And if you pay in full, you'll also have 8 weeks of Wednesday Open Door Coaching, so you can bring your real-life questions to me while you're putting it into practice. The value isn't in how much information I can give you. It's in how useful this becomes in your everyday life.

I’ve already spent money on diets, programmes and nutrition courses. Why would this be different?

If you need more information about calories, macros or another list of foods to avoid, Appetite Redeemed probably isn't the next programme you need. This work primarily addresses a different question:

Why do I sometimes eat differently from the way I genuinely want to eat? We'll still work with nutrition because what you eat matters. But we'll also work with appetite, satiety, practised responses and deeper hunger — and importantly, how you respond when those things show up in real life. You're not buying another pile of information to know. You're learning how to practise a different response. Having spent 25+ years coaching women, I'd argue that addressing the root of an over-active or appetite and cravings is far more effective at getting the results women most desire.

Is there a refund policy?

Because Appetite Redeemed™ is a digital programme with immediate access to the programme materials and resources, all sales are final and no refunds are offered.

Please read through this page and make sure the programme feels right for you before joining. Appetite Redeemed gives you the teaching, tools, practical framework and support — but you need to bring your willingness to show up, practice and apply what you learn. This isn't a programme to buy and leave sitting in your inbox. Come ready to do the work, at a time and pace that suits you, and give yourself the best opportunity to experience meaningful change — and you'll be so glad you did.

How long will I have access?

You’ll have plenty of time to learn, practice and come back to what you need.

You’ll receive: 1 full year of access to the Appetite Redeemed™ membership portal, including all core training and class recordings. 8 weeks of Wednesday Open Door Coaching for personal implementation support while you put what you’re learning into practice. You'll have an option to extent your membership, should you wish, and all your downloadable resources are yours to keep, so you can continue using them long after your portal access ends. No racing through the programme or trying to remember everything at once. You can learn it, practice it, revisit it — and give yourself time to make it part of how you actually live.

I have food allergies or intolerances. Can I still do this?

Yes. Appetite Redeemed isn't built around one rigid menu or a prescribed list of foods everyone has to eat. The nutrition principles and meal ideas can be adapted around your own dietary needs and preferences. If you have diagnosed allergies, intolerances or other dietary requirements, continue following the guidance you've been given by your qualified healthcare professional rather than replacing it with programme advice.

I take medication. Is Appetite Redeemed suitable for me?

Appetite Redeemed is an education and coaching programme, not medical treatment, and it doesn't replace advice from your doctor, pharmacist or other qualified healthcare professional. If you take medication — particularly medication that affects appetite, blood glucose, digestion, weight or nutritional requirements — don't change your medication or prescribed diet because of something taught inside the programme. You can absolutely still benefit from learning about appetite, nourishment and your own eating patterns, but where something relates to your medical care, check with the clinician who knows your individual circumstances.

I’m taking a GLP-1 medication. Can I still join?

Potentially, yes — Appetite Redeemed isn't an alternative to your prescribed medication and I won't advise you to stop or alter it. In fact, understanding nourishment may be especially relevant when your appetite is reduced, because eating less doesn't remove your body's need for adequate nutrition. You'll need to continue following the advice of your prescriber and healthcare team, particularly around medication, side effects and individual nutritional requirements. Appetite Redeemed can sit alongside that by helping you become more thoughtful about nourishment, eating patterns and your relationship with appetite and food.

Do I have to be a Christian / a woman to join?

Appetite Redeemed™ has been created specifically for Christian women, and faith is woven throughout the programme. We'll talk openly about God, spiritual hunger, stewardship, grace and the role faith can play in how we relate to our bodies and food. So you don't need to have a “perfect” faith — but you should be comfortable participating in a programme where Christian faith is part of the conversation rather than an optional add-on. If you're happy with that, do join us. I work mainly with women but if you're a man, you are most welcome too!

My eating really isn't that bad. Is this too much for me?

Not at all. You don't need to be bingeing, completely out of control around food or living on takeaways for Appetite Redeemed™ to be relevant. You might eat well most of the time and simply be tired of the evening snacking, persistent cravings, food noise or the frustrating gap between how you intend to eat and what sometimes happens. This isn't about proving you have a big enough “problem.” It's also about Biblical health stewardship — learning to nourish and care for the body God has entrusted to you with greater wisdom, rather than waiting until something feels seriously wrong before giving it your attention. If food is taking more attention, energy or headspace than you'd like — or you simply know you could be stewarding your health and appetite more intentionally — that's enough reason to want something different. You don't need a food crisis to decide you want greater health, wisdom and freedom around food. Come and join us, I'd be honoured to support you.

“For He satisfies the longing soul, and fills the hungry soul with goodness.”

— Psalm 107:9

UNDERSTAND YOUR APPETITE. RESPOND WITH WISDOM. PUT FOOD BACK IN ITS PROPER PLACE.

PEACE. TRUST. FREEDOM.
